Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - S&P - Procurement Ops to coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and implement procurement policies to optimize processes.

The role is office-based in Kolkata, India. Applicants should have a relevant degree and certifications, with strong skills in AP, Sourcing, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Logistics or SCM).
• APICS/ISM certifications preferred (CSCP, CPSM, CPM).
• Experience with procurement processes, vendor management and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Monitor and report procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
