Job summary

Nordex Group in India is seeking a Specialist - Technical Support Administration (LATAM) to bolster the Technical Back Office. This role handles administrative tasks, improves processes, and supports time-sensitive operations.

You will work with the back office to finalize configuration files, maintain KPI dashboards, support monthly reporting, and drive fleet-wide data accuracy. The role requires flexibility for shift timings and a background in engineering with SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring across back office tasks.
• Maintain KPI reports, dashboards and operational tracking.
• Support monthly operational and management reporting.
• Back office support in blade, oil, CMS and related fleet data.
• Support technical incident management activities and data analysis.
• Ensure training records and certifications are up to date.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field

Job Role : Specialist- Technical Support Administrator ( LATAM )

Job Purpose : The Specialist - Technical Support Administration will, in its role, be responsible to support the Technical Back Office Team, by handling administrative tasks and improving existing processes or even create entirely new processes. This role is key to efficient and smooth operation of the Technical Back Office Teams. This is an exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of the day-to-day business.
Key accountabilities / Responsibilities :

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Support finalizing PCMS files. Compare parameter between as-designed and as-is to deliver clean configuration files to the projects
• Maintain and update KPI reports, , dashboards and operational tracking tools.
• Support monthly operational and management reporting.
• Support back office team in blade, oil, CMS and any additional reports to ensure all data is updated to reflect the condition of the fleet.

Technical Back Office Support

• Support technical incident management activities, such as assigning tickets, processing data analysis (P2P) tickets, closing tickets, reviewing backlog, etc.
• Follow-up status of “actions on WTG needed” incidents to ensure feedback loop with Operations
• Support fleet implementation of Service Notifications and Technical Notifications; analyse impacted fleet, material requirements, track implementation status, etc.
• Support fleet-wide improvement initiatives and technical campaigns

Training, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure creation of WASP accounts for customers and subcontractors to enable NC2 training
• Manage training records, certifications and learning management systems.
• Collect WINDA IDs from the service technicians and updating their profiles in the LMS
• Monitor validity of technical and HSE certifications and support compliance requirements

Education and qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
• SAP experience preferred
• Should Flexible to work on shift timings
