Job summary

Nordex SE in India is seeking an HSE Project Coordinator to standardize and harmonize the global HSE framework, analyze HSE metrics, and provide statistics to management for informed decisions. The role includes updating training KPI dashboards and coordinating risk assessments across service points.

You will manage training records for site technicians and subcontractors, monitor compliance, and share best practices with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 yrs experience ( Wind industry good-to-have).
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
