Job summary

Genpact in Noida is hiring for a Record to Report professional to manage monthly close, financial reporting, and controls adherence. You will collaborate with multiple partners, ensure timely evidences, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/accounting degree, CMA/CA Inter, strong Excel and ERP skills (PeopleSoft/Workday), and a proven track record in tax compliance and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting required.
• CMA/CA Inter qualifications highly desirable.
• Experience with tax compliance (VAT/indirect taxes and income taxes) is desirable.
• ERP systems: PeopleSoft/Workday proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, charts) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple partners within the Record to Report scope.
• Ensure smooth month-end close and reporting every month.
• Monitor adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely execution of controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidences.
• Build customer relationships and lead process update calls with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple partners
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidences in line with requirements
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting. CMA/ CA Inter
• Experience in tax compliance, specifically in indirect taxes (VAT) and income taxes, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• IT skills: ERP (People soft/Workday), MS Office. Preferably Peoplesoft and Workday ERP
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Graphs)
