Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad invites applications for the role of Management Trainee – Record to Report (R2R). You will independently manage RTR activities, ensure quality and timeliness, and mentor Analysts on day-to-day queries.

You will support month-end close, prepare financial reports and variance analyses, review reconciliations, and assist audits across entities with a focus on accuracy and compliance in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Postgraduate finance qualification is a plus.
• Experience with RTR processes and month-end close is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses.
• Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions and support audits.
