This role sits within Genpact’s AI Gigafactory finance team and focuses on delivering accurate month-end close, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.

You will drive intercompany activities and uphold rigorous controls while advancing automation and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Experienced accounting professional with closing & reporting experience.
• Ability to produce and review statutory financial statements.
• Knowledge of intercompany processes and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
