Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Work on a broad range of technical challenges, from application requirements for a new product until product validation.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and implementations in the field of power transistors / discrete devices.
• Create simulation models and use circuit simulation for product behavior understanding.
• Enable product performance targets.
• Technical expert and / or leading projects in wafer technology, package and product projects.
• Enable your expertise in characterization, verification, application test, qualification concepts and package development through individual study and expert quorum learnings.
• Design and understand layout of discrete devices.
• Interpret and improve model via dedicated tools or own developed tools.
• Be the technical sparring partner for the Project Manager or the Project Manager leading the development.
• Be an active part of our technical community by contributing with your know-how to the knowledge pool but also benefiting from the network of experts for your own learning and growth.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• PhD and/or Master Degree in Applied Physics, Physics and Electrical Engineering CGPA: 3.5 and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Passionate about building a long-term career in the semiconductor industry and driving technological innovation
• Eager to continuously learn, develop technical expertise, and grow within a global R&D environment
• Proven expertise in the field of semiconductors based on study related work , university laboratory work and/or internships.
• Good proficiency in English and German as a second language preferred.
