Job summary

Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, located in Kolkata, India, is seeking a Specialist to analyse business requirements, support validation topics and maintain system documentation for the Cylinder Supply Chain domain.

The role involves collaboration with offshore teams across multiple time zones and ensuring adherence to GxP standards. You will contribute to creating and maintaining design specifications, SOPs and other technical documents while supporting validation activities and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• 3–4 years of IT experience with reputed companies.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, MVC, RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience working in offshore teams and multi-time-zone environments.
• Knowledge of GxP validation topics and audits.

• Maintain system documentation in compliance with GxP standards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, FDS and other technical documentation.
• Support and maintenance of software solutions for Cylinder Supply Chain domain.

• The Specialist in this role will be responsible to maintain system documentation in compliance with GxP standards.
• And create and maintain SOPs, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and other technical documentation.
• You will also support and maintenance of software solutions supporting the Cylinder Supply Chain domain.
• And analyse/understand business requirements and support functional design and testing activities.
• Lastly, participate in system validation and support & internal and external audits.
• You must have knowledge of system specification and modelling and proficiency in GxP validation

• A Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed institute and formal training on validation topics & audit
• You should have overall 3 - 4 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
• Also, knowledge in mobile, web, client server development using Microsoft technology
• Must have experience in working in offshore teams and exposure to working in a geographically dispersed environment
• Lastly, Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Must have Knowledge in C#, .NET, and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Must possess knowledge in MVC architecture & RESTful APIs, web services, and server‑side technologies. And strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
