Job summary

Empower LLC in Bengaluru, India, seeks a detail-oriented candidate to accurately process participant transactions in our EASY recordkeeping system and support ongoing data entry tasks.

You will review requests, determine IGO vs NIGO, and ensure timely updates to clients and participants. 1–4 years in a financial role and strong analytical skills are preferred; overtime may be required.

Empower is a part of Great-West Financial Job requisite will include and not restricted being: Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of critical transactions for the participants /clients ; Transactions might include but not limited identify the type of transactions based on the - determine if the request is IGO or NIGO ; Work with upstream and down stream process capture the right information; Code/setup accounts and transactions in the system and communicate back with an update the client/ participant depending on the type of the transaction.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -*** Accurately and efficiently processes and performs analysis and entry of participant transaction requests and assigned tasks in EASY recordkeeping system* Develop extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, tax charts and plan level set up rules.* Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals.* Responsible for prioritization and completion of assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements* Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across audience. **Background and Qualifications:*** 1- 4 years of similarly related experience in financial field, strongly preferred.* Acquires basic skills and knowledge of the organizations processing platforms* Demonstrates decision making and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented and have analytical ability for in-depth research.* Must pass company administered skills assessments such as typing and ten-key input at required minimum levels.* Ability to analyze transactions for completion and correct posting participant accounts.* Attention to detail and the ability maintain productivity levels are essential but more important must maintain high levels of accuracy.* Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigns tasks* Performs review of data and activity prevent risk of loss due to errors.* This position frequently requires periodic and mandatory (usually unscheduled) overtime.We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
