Job summary

Empower Global Business Services India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced operations leader who can drive efficiency and coach teams across stakeholders. The role focuses on planning, execution, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will guide teams through performance reviews, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate on MIS reporting while adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Defined Contribution with 4+ years in Transaction Ops.
• Degree from a recognized university.
• Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business partners and key stakeholders to meet operational challenges and production activities.
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve short and long term goals at individual and team level.
• Coach and provide regular feedback based on performance measures and aspirational objectives.
• Plan and execute operations to reduce waste and achieve milestones.
• Escalate delays or issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute inputs for team MIS reports and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and support special projects and North American leadership calls when needed.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Must interact with the business partners and key stakeholder in meeting operational challenges and scheduled production activities
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve short and long term goals, both at individual as well as at team level
• Responsible for the development of workforce by conducting regular coaching & feedback session based on performance measures and aspirational objectives
• Ensure effective planning and execution of operations and has to reduce waste levels and achieve milestones and requirements of the organization
• Timely escalation for any delay or issue
• Provide various input for team MIS reports
• Initiate and participate in the quality improvement process (identifying opportunities for improvement, leading key initiatives for the department, and documenting procedures).
• Initiate and monitor special projects as needed
• Participating in the North American leadership calls when need
• Create and update procedures and checklists.
• Demonstrate consistent leadership abilities, such as commitment, diligence, decisiveness, and flexibility, as well as being a true role model for team members

• Degree from recognized university
