Job summary

HiveMinds is seeking a dynamic Biddable specialist to manage national client campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms from our Mumbai office. You will perform keyword/copy creation, audience sizing, reporting, billing, trafficking, and Q/A while optimizing search and social campaigns to drive performance.

You will work with a team to analyze competitors and market trends, monitor analytics, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing, math, organization, and communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn about search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing primary Biddable platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon) and daily optimization tasks.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Stay up to date with biddable industry trends and developments.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.
• Adhere to processes and SLAs and ensure implementation.

About The Job

This role is responsible for and performing many critical functions within the Biddable team for their National clients. These tasks include, but are not limited to, keyword/copy creation, audience sizing, reporting, billing, trafficking and Q/A, as well as developing, optimizing, and maintaining search and social campaigns. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands in the international space.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in primary Biddable platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon) and able to perform daily management tasks and optimization
• Competitor & Market Analysis
• Be up to date with biddable industry trends and developments
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
• Adhere to all the process and SLA and ensure its implementation

Skills

• Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
• Desire to learn knowledge of search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies & tactics
• Preferably a Google ad and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional
• Well-versed with excel, power-point
