Job summary

HiveMinds in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Biddable Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns for national clients. You will create keywords and copy, size audiences, and oversee reporting, billing, trafficking and QA across search and social platforms.

You will partner with global consumer brands in the international space, staying current with industry trends, and delivering timely insights from dashboards and analytics to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with search and social campaigns across platforms.
• Strong written, numerical, multitasking and communication skills.
• Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Stay updated on biddable industry trends.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure process adherence and SLA implementation.

Job description

This role is responsible for and performing many critical functions within the Biddable team for their National clients. These tasks include, but are not limited to, keyword/copy creation, audience sizing, reporting, billing, trafficking and Q/A, as well as developing, optimizing, and maintaining search and social campaigns. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world's leading consumer brands in the international space.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in primary Biddable platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon) and able to perform daily management tasks and optimization
• Competitor & Market Analysis
• Be up to date with biddable industry trends and developments
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
• Adhere to all the process and SLA and ensure its implementation

Skills

• Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
• Desire to learn knowledge of search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies & tactics
• Preferably a Google ad and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional
• Well-versed with excel, power-point
