Job summary

HiveMinds is seeking a Biddable Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns for national clients from the Mumbai hub. You will craft keyword lists, write ad copy, size audiences, and ensure campaigns meet SLA while delivering accurate reporting and billing.

You will work across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other biddable platforms, monitor web analytics dashboards, and stay up to date with industry trends to drive growth for leading brands in

Qualifications

• Experience managing biddable campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Strong writing, math, multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bidding and optimization across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon.
• Perform competitor and market analysis.
• Stay up to date with biddable industry trends and developments.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools.
• Adhere to processes and SLAs and ensure implementation.

About The Job

This role is responsible for and performing many critical functions within the Biddable team for their National clients. These tasks include, but are not limited to, keyword/copy creation, audience sizing, reporting, billing, trafficking and Q/A, as well as developing, optimizing, and maintaining search and social campaigns. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands in the international space.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in primary Biddable platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon) and able to perform daily management tasks and optimization
• Competitor & Market Analysis
• Be up to date with biddable industry trends and developments
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
• Adhere to all the process and SLA and ensure its implementation

Skills

• Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
• Desire to learn knowledge of search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies & tactics
• Preferably a Google ad and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional
• Well-versed with excel, power-point
