The Oracle Forms Analyst – NDS ERP Analyst is responsible for the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of the NDS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system built on Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL. This role supports mission‑critical business processes by ensuring system reliability, performance, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements. The analyst works closely with business partners, functional analysts, DBAs, and technical teams to enhance and sustain the NDS ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily application support for the NDS ERP system, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the NDS ERP framework
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers
- Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and minor redesigns to existing NDS ERP modules
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, and performance across ERP functions
- Support ERP releases, patches, and version upgrades, including regression testing and validation
- Collaborate with functional users to understand workflows, document requirements, and recommend system improvements
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for production issues and implement long‑term corrective solutions
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support procedures for NDS ERP components
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security, auditing, and change management
- Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as required for critical system operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Forms–based ERP systems
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle PL/SQL
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database concepts
- Experience supporting custom ERP modules and complex business logic
- Familiarity with full SDLC processes, including requirements, development, testing, and production support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Must be willing to work in shift from Office ( Chennai) Monday to Friday
