Job summary

Nordex SE in India is seeking a Specialist – SPM Material Coordinator to join the Logistics / Material Management team. You will manage supply and logistics for materials and finished goods, coordinating with regional service operations, global spare parts, sourcing and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 4–8 years in material management, strong ERP and Service Now experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in material management and logistics coordination.
• 4–8 years of experience in material management.
• Additional languages: German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods for regional service operations.
• Support distribution and transportation.
• Edit and monitor materials demand and support requests in ERP and Service Now.
• MRP alignment for automatic ordering.
• Place local purchase orders in ERP.
• Support with regional set up of storage locations in ERP.
• Manage return of defective material for warranty/refurbishment and coordinate waste management.
• Assist cycle counts with site operations.
• Proven experience in import & Export handling.
