Role requires 4–8 years in material management with import/export handling experience; additional languages (German/Spanish/French) are a plus. Strong ERP and Service Now familiarity is expected.

Job Summary

The Specialist - SPM Material Coordinator. Working together as part of the Material management Team, the material coordinator is responsible for managing supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for regional service operations activities. You would work closely with Service Operations, Global spare parts team, and sourcing and logistics partners to ensure on time delivery of materials in Service points. Your role will play a critical part in ensuring the profitability of Nordex.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for regional service operations activities
• Support on distribution and transportation
• Edit and monitor materials demand and support requests on ERP system and Service Now
• MRP Alignment for automatic ordering
• Place local purchase orders in ERP system
• Support with regional set up of storage locations in ERP system
• Manage the return of the defective material for material warranty or refurbishment and coordinate waste management
• Assist cycle counts with site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in import Export handling
• Minimum of 4 - 8 Years experience in Material Management
• Additional languages viz German / Spanish / French is good-to-have
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good team player
