Flex in Pune, India is looking for a Specialist – Logistics to join our GBS team. The role focuses on processing purchase orders, procuring rates for air/ocean/express shipments, and maintaining rate databases.

You will work with BAAN/SAP/Oracle and MS Office tools to deliver timely and accurate logistics support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics, with strong communication and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Procure ad hoc air/ocean/express rates for solutions.
• Manage rate validity and variable rates.

• Prepare monthly site metrics and logistics savings reports.
• Develop rate databases and maintain global rates with suppliers.
• Support contract management activities.
