Marsh is seeking a Specialist Insurance Operations (Grade C1) based in Gurugram. The role involves handling complex insurance processes, client app setup on the iNGAGED platform, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements. Training is provided to build process familiarity and stakeholder understanding.

Expectations include rapid onboarding within 60 days, with competency by 90 days. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and may involve shifts and transport support

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and launch client apps using the iNGAGED platform, including setting up new client applications, configuring menus and pages, and managing content modules.
• Review page properties and analytics, coordinate required content, and support post-launch engagement for successful client app experience.
• Update reports based on predefined templates to ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Meet production and QA targets during training and BAU periods.

• The role is responsible for creating, building, and launching client apps using the iNGAGED platform. This includes setting up new client applications, configuring menus and pages, adding and managing content modules, maintaining assets, applying themes, and ensuring the app is ready for launch. The role also involves reviewing page properties and analytics, coordinating required content, and supporting post-launch engagement to ensure successful client app experience.
• Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
• Completing all training related activities when assigned
• Cognizant of completing all assigned activities within the stipulated time
• Ensuring all production targets are met in training
• Ensuring all production targets are met in BAU (Post training)
• Ensuring all Quality targets are met in training
• Ensuring all quality targets are met in BAU (Post training)
• Communicate status of work, any issues with team managers and manager on time
• Schedule adherence is a must

• Ready to work in below shifts: 5.30pm - 2.30am

• Ensure that all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interest of the company
• Demonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirements

• Identifies and evaluates risks appropriately. Recognizes how own actions impact on compliance
• Good understanding Property & Casualty Exp, Policy Checking / Review experience, Capable of reviewing large volumes of policies, ranging from as few as 10 to over 1,000
