IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Specialist II, Data Governance role is based in Chennai, onsite, and supports the global technology organization by delivering governance outcomes.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve governance, drive innovation, and sustain continuous improvement across data programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong data analysis and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science/Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience aligned with the scope and level of the role.
• Strong domain knowledge of enterprise systems, processes and industry standards.

The Specialist II, Data Governance role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
