The role influences decisions, delivers strategic initiatives, and sustains robust data governance, documentation, metrics, and reporting across the global technology org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in data governance and related domains.
• Strong domain knowledge of enterprise systems, processes, and data standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement practices.
• Experience with tools and platforms that support business objectives and governance.

The Specialist II, Data Governance role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Preferred role-relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent credentials.
