Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science/Business or related field.
• Relevant professional experience aligned with the scope and level of the role.
• Strong domain expertise and knowledge of enterprise systems, processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience using relevant technology tools and platforms to support business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent.

The Specialist I, Data Governance role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.
