Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to handle month-end closing, reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. You will coordinate intercompany activities, drive controls and participate in audits.

A strong background in R2R and ERP systems is essential to deliver accurate financial statements. Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or commerce, plus applicable certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Certifications in CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM may be relevant.
• Proven experience with closing & reporting processes; strong control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities and posting of journals.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany processes.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls. Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements. Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements. Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries. Review & Performing Month End Close activities. Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations. Handle quarterly intercompany process. Resolution of Balancing Items. Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience). Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required. Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
