Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to manage month-end closing, reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany activities. You will drive KPI adherence, audit deliverables, and balance sheet reviews in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Work with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, collaborate with global teams, and identify process improvements through automation. A bachelor's in accounting/commerce/economics/finance is preferred, with a finance master's a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance; Master's in finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with intercompany processes and statutory reporting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Support reporting, consolidations, and KPI adherence.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany processes.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely evidence submission.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
