Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting, and consolidation activities within a hybrid work model in India. You will drive KPIs, ensure timely control execution, and prepare financial statements with accuracy and integrity.

You should have strong Oracle ERP and R2R experience, with capability to handle intercompany processes, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews. This role offers growth in a dynamic AI-enabled finance environment at Genpact.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries Review & Performing Month End Close activities Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience) Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
