Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Specialist - F&A - R2R in India to handle month-end close, reporting and consolidation activities. You will ensure KPI adherence, drive timely controls evidence, and support audits.

The role covers balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany processes and closing activities, with focus on R2R excellence. Office-based role with Night Shift (India); English language proficiency required; strong ERP experience and ability to optimize processes will help you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, or finance.
• A professional certification (CAMS/CCO/CFA/CPA/CRCM) is advantageous.
• Experience with closing, reporting, and intercompany processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review intercompany transactions and consolidations.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries Review & Performing Month End Close activities Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience) Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
