Genpact is hiring for an Specialist - F&A - AP in India. You will perform accounts payable activities, manage escalations, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence while coordinating with the global training team. The role involves team leadership and daily client communications to meet delivery standards.

Strong emphasis on data accuracy, reconciliations, and process improvements within a fast-moving AI-driven environment. Fluency in English and professional accounting qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics or finance are required or preferred.
• Master's degree in finance is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced - C1) and strong communication skills.
