Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to manage accounts payable activities and lead the team through daily processing and escalation handling. You will ensure timely, accurate work with KPI adherence and participate in client calls.

This role emphasizes transformation initiatives and applying GAAP-like controls, with opportunities to train and mentor staff while coordinating with the global training team to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls.
• Experience with data literacy and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with banking and capital markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Genpact’s digital transformation initiatives.
