Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist for F&A - AP to drive accounts payable activities and team leadership. You will handle escalations, ensure SLA and KPI adherence, and collaborate with global training to deliver trainings.

The role involves transformation initiatives and working with client calls to address delivery issues. The ideal candidate has strong AP process knowledge, data literacy, and experience with monthly close cycles, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degrees required
• Experience in accounts payable processes and financial controls
• Familiarity with data literacy and reporting tools
• Knowledge of bank settlements and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP environments
• Experience with GenAI/AI-assisted processes a plus
• Strong communication and team leadership capabilities
