Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to support compliance, financial close, and R2R processes. You will develop and monitor control frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and deliver accurate reports for management and regulatory reviews.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices, provide guidance on regulatory changes, and drive continuous improvement in governance and finance operations within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in R2R and financial close processes is essential.
• Knowledge of controls, risk & compliance concepts is desirable.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks. Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans. Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns. Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews. Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
