Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to drive compliance and financial process excellence in a hybrid role based in India. You will conduct audits, design control frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices across R2R and regulatory reporting.

The role demands strong English, financial acumen, and risk-management mindset. You will work within Genpact's AI-driven transformation initiatives, contributing to governance and operational risk reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (CAMs, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews.
• Develop and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
• Identify risk exposures and support corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on regulatory changes and risk controls to business teams.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
