Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to lead compliance activities across governance, risk, and reporting functions. You will perform audits, develop frameworks, and guide teams on regulatory updates to strengthen controls.

Role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, creation of dashboards, and delivery of awareness trainings to foster a robust compliance culture within a hybrid work environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance, or a Masters in Finance.
• Professional certifications add value for compliance and risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, controls testing, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
