Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A with R2R expertise to conduct audits, implement robust compliance frameworks, and drive accurate financial close processes from our Jaipur office. The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

You will work on governance, risk mitigation, and reporting with access to advanced AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance.
• Masters in Finance with professional certifications preferred.
• Multiple professional certifications in compliance and finance acknowledged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
• Identify risk exposures, recommend mitigations, and support corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to business teams on compliance changes and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices.
• Prepare compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulators.
• Deliver training sessions to promote compliance culture across teams.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
