Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Professional certifications in compliance or finance are preferred.
• Experience in R2R processes and financial close is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence and internal policy compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk controls and address risk-related concerns.
