Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring a Specialist to manage F&A R2R processes, including month-end close, journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will drive timely reporting, ensure compliance with controls, and support quarterly and annual statutory statements with intercompany coordination.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and contribute to ongoing automation efforts within a performance-driven finance function.
