Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram, India, invites a Senior Specialist in F&A to oversee daily operations, guide team members, assign tasks, and drive process improvements within the I2C function. You will serve as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensure SLAs are met, coach staff, conduct regular reviews, and maintain accurate records while aligning with regulatory SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance required.
• Master's in Finance preferred.
• Professional certifications in financial processes (CPA/CFA/Accounts Payable cert) are advantageous.

• Oversee daily F&A operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development and conduct regular team meetings.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Serve as primary client contact for service delivery and ensure client expectations are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on team performance, inventory/status, and relevant metrics.
