Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram, India, invites a Senior Specialist in F&A to oversee daily operations, guide team members, assign tasks, and drive process improvements within the I2C function. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance required.
  • Master's in Finance preferred.
  • Professional certifications in financial processes (CPA/CFA/Accounts Payable cert) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&A operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development and conduct regular team meetings.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Serve as primary client contact for service delivery and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, inventory/status, and relevant metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is updated and accessible; promote teamwork and collaboration.
