Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will drive intercompany postings, consolidate financial results, and support audits and controls across global entities.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency (Oracle/SAP), and experience in closing and reporting activities within a fast-paced environment. Office-based with flex-time in India.

Qualifications

• Experience in closing books and preparing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and internal controls.
• Proficient with intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet scrutiny.
