Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A with R2R expertise to manage month-end close, reporting, and intercompany processes. You will ensure accuracy of financial statements and drive control adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in R2R, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance, with English proficiency and the ability to collaborate across global teams. Office-based in Pune, India with night shift exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics is required.
• Masters in Finance is preferred.
• Professional certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Manage reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure KPIs/SLA adherence and timely controls execution.
• Drive audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany processes.

Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
