Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations within a fast-moving, AI-driven finance environment.

You will own balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activities, and KPI delivery while collaborating with global teams to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience with month-end close, reporting and consolidations.
• Knowledge of CAMS/CCO/CFA/CPA/CRCM certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities and post journals.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany processes.
• Drive KPIs, audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
