Job summary

Genpact India is looking for a Specialist - F&A - R2R to lead month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations from Hyderabad. You will drive KPIs, ensure timely controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience with month-end close, reporting, and KPIs/SLA.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting and consolidations.
• Review and post month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and intercompany processes.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.

Reporting & consolidations.

Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls

Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements

Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements

Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries

Review & Performing Month End Close activities

Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations

Handle quarterly intercompany process

Resolution of Balancing Items

Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)

Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required

Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
