Job summary

Role requires accounting/finance education and relevant certifications, with experience in regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and financial closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance; masters preferred.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA or CRCM are listed in the ad.
• Experience with risk, regulatory reporting, and financial controls is expected.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks. Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans. Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns. Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews. Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
