Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist in F&A with strong R2R and month-end close experience. You will handle reporting, postings, reconciliations, and intercompany activities while ensuring KPI/SLA adherence and audit readiness.

The role demands solid knowledge of closing processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation opportunities. Hybrid work in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
• Experience with month-end closing, reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of R2R, controls and audit deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Post month-end journal entries and intercompany eliminations.
• Support audits and statutory financial statements.
