Job summary

Genpact Specialist - F&A for I2C in India is responsible for accurate accounting, AR functions, and client management within the ITC portfolio. You will respond to payment/dispute queries and maintain logs and SOPs to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to perform daily audits in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Masters in Finance preferred.
• Contains professional certifications in finance and accounting as listed.

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
• Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation
• Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
• Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit
