Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a Specialist - F&A (I2C) to manage client accounts, perform payments and dispute handling, and ensure quality checks with the client contracts. You will also support SOP creation and daily internal audits.

You will maintain SOPs, support process audits, and help deliver AI-enabled finance solutions across the ITC portfolio while upholding internal compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and AR/collections knowledge with SAP/ERP exposure.
• Experience handling payments, disputes, and SOP creation.
• Fluent English, customer-relations focus, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication skills and complete quality checks as defined with client contracts.

Job Description

Should possess excellent communication skills. Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts. Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation. Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries. Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention. Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements. Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities. Perform daily internal audit.
