Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Master's degree in Finance preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts.
• Client management—Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute, or collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or process manuals as required by Client & Process requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits.

• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
