Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A for the I2C team in India. The role focuses on AR, collections, process controls, and client management within a hybrid work model. You will ensure accurate financial processes, respond to queries, and contribute to SOP development.

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Finance-related master’s degree is valued.
• Professional certifications in finance (CPA/CFA/CTP/CFI) are pluses.

• Perform qualifications and controls across AR, collections, and cash applications.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to payment, dispute, and collection queries.
• Prepare SOPs and process manuals as required to meet client and process guidelines.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and execute daily internal audits.

Job Description Should possess excellent communication skills Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries. Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Perform daily internal audit.
