Genpact is hiring a Specialist - F&A - I2C in Bengaluru to manage ITC portfolios, respond to payment and dispute queries, and uphold process compliance.

The role requires strong communication in English, finance education, and experience in accounts receivable, collections, and data-driven process improvements. You’ll join a global team driving AI-powered transformation and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Strong communication in English.
• Experience in Accounts Payable/AR and collections preferred.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and process documentation.

Responsabilités

• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed with Client.
• Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, disputes, or collections.
• Prepare SOPs or process manuals per client and process requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform daily internal audits.

Job Description

Should possess excellent communication skills Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries. Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Perform daily internal audit
