Job summary

Genpact in Chennai seeks a Specialist – F&A – AP to manage accounts payable activities and escalations while ensuring SLA adherence. You will train teammates and coordinate with the global training team, driving process improvements and timely delivery.

The role requires strong financial knowledge, data literacy, and proficiency in Oracle ARCS/HFM and Microsoft Office. Night shift in India is part of the schedule, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance with related certifications.
• Accounts Payable Certification and CFA/CPA/CTP listed.
• Knowledge of ARCS and HFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP activities.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• SLA & KPI reporting and adherence.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from global training team.
• Team management.
• Tracking to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks.
• Communicate and address issues on delivery to Operations Manager.
• Daily communicate with client and participate in established calls and meetings with retained organization.
• Ensure team's adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute transformation initiatives.
• Lead team and drive projects on the schedule.
