Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to manage end-to-end accounts payable tasks, including posting invoices, PO and non-PO processing, and ensuring accurate supplier data.

You will review invoices, perform vendor reconciliations, and drive AP improvements while maintaining compliance and timely payments. A background in accounting and finance, plus relevant certifications, is preferred.

• Prepare voucher listings with invoice details per policies
• Identify and implement AP improvements

Job Description

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
• Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount and coding per accounting policies and procedures
• Identify & implement AP improvements
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle, GRIR reconciliations, Vendor advance etc
