Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Navan product functionality and customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and other teams to handle escalations.
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Escalate risks to leadership and provide subject-matter expertise for solutions.
• Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.
