Requirements

Minimum Skill and Qualification:

• CPA/CA/MBA/Other post graduate Qualification with minimum one year of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong accounting and auditing experience with thorough financial statements preparation skill, reconciliations and prior experience in handling complex accounting issues.
• Shared Service Experience is a plus.
• Understanding and working knowledge of GAAP (US GAAP/IFRS, a plus).
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and Strategic thinking.
• Ability to analyze data, understand trends and recommend actions.
• Highly advanced skills in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint skills a must.
• Experience working with ERP and Automated tools.
